Dealing with stress and challenges is done through a wholistic consciousness as follows:
1. Understanding that everything that happens is based on what came before through a string of causes and effects, gives us the certainty that we are on the correct path. 2. The perfection within cause and effect assures that there can not be mistakes, fault or blame of ourselves or others.
When combined with a proactive “free will” we have the control we need, in other words, when we know that we have done our best, what follows we have to accept. Looking back in retrospect to recognize how we may have “done it better” should be resisted for we can only do something about the present and future.
Over time this consciousness will keep us in a positive frame of mind, enabling us to properly tackle our stress and challenges.
